Meet Our Therapists
Moona Khan, MSW, RSW
I am trained in cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), solution focused, strengths based, mindfulness, and trauma informed practices. I also use a spiritually infused approach with the above modalities when appropriate and desired by my client. As a mental health therapist, my role is to guide and support you on your road to recovery. Keep in mind that recovery is not only the destination but the journey as well.
Sadique Pathan, MSW, RSW
My journey has been a humbling one in where I have been fortunate to work in different capacities of counselling and therapeutic supports over the last 22 years. What I have discovered and have come to appreciate through my interacting with people who have faced personal challenges, is that each individual has the profound ability to bring positive changes into their lives and that they have the capacity to overcome their challenges.
